Refunds, Credit or Exchange will be offered:

• Where goods are faulty
• Where goods are different from the descriptions given on our website or advertising material
• You have been sent the wrong or incorrect item
• Do not provide the information as described in our material or website. If you can’t find the information you are looking for and have made an effort to find it, before requesting any refund or exchange, please email info@mlmgrowers.com and we will direct you to the information. Refunds will not be offered on the basis that you cannot locate the information.
• Physical goods must be returned unused (100% marketable condition) within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds will not be offered:

• When the goods have been used or books read and are no longer in marketable condition.
• Where goods have been purchased over 30 days ago.
• When you simply change your mind (see below)
• When you make a wrong decision (see below)
• On E-books, Ultimate MLM Training CD and newsletter subscriptions, as these products cannot be returned unused.

Credits or Exchanges May Be Offered:

• When the goods are returned in 30 days and in marketable condition as a result of an incorrect purchase or a change of mind, at the discretion of Nomchong Motivation Pty Ltd trading as MLM Growers. This is outside of the requirements of the law and we make this offer as a service to MLM Growers clients.
• On E-books, in certain circumstances (contact our office by email for details). This is assessed on a case by case basis due to the rising incidences of deliberate fraud with regards to E-book purchases.
• When unused books are returned within 30, but not longer than 45 days, in marketable condition.
